TClarke wins another prestigious Cambridge full engineering services project
22/1/21: TClarke has won another major engineering services project in the vibrant Cambridge market. The St Catharines College Hub project includes the refurbishment and improvement of multiple spaces, focused around the listed Dining Hall.
TClarke has won a series of major engineering services projects in and around Cambridge over recent years. This project is one of the first large scale projects where we will be delivering the mechanical part of the contract with our new Peterborough-based, in-house resource.
This project, in which we are delivering a new BMS hub, switchgear and distribution boards, general lighting, lighting control, general and kitchen ventilation, full piped services, smoke control, fire prevention, P.A, Fire and intruder alarm and structured cabling, is another strong example of our targeted tendering process at work. We aim at higher value projects with growth and brand building potential.
Group CEO Mark Lawrence comments:
โThis is an important win of a high profile job that our Peterborough team has worked hard to achieve. Across the UK, we are winning these larger scale engineering services projects – and these are the building blocks of sustainable growth for our business.โ
