TClarke secures Oxford Student Village redevelopment

The TClarke UK South Team has been selected to deliver the engineering services package for the first phase in the redevelopment of the Clive Booth Student Village, ready for the 2024 intake. Phase 1 includes over 500 new units in four blocks with extensive external works, designed to industry-leading building performance and operational energy standards.

The project, which is part of Oxford Brookes University, involves working with long term partner and principal contractor Morgan Sindall and demonstrates once again, the quality of our brand offer and the effectiveness of our targeted tendering approach.
