TClarke Apprentice Recruitment Campaign – Now Open for Applications

We are thrilled to launch the TClarke Apprentice Recruitment Campaign coinciding with National Apprenticeship Week. This year, demand for our world-class apprenticeships is higher than ever from aspiring apprentices.

Our Group CEO, Mark Lawrence, shares his thoughts on what makes our programme truly special:

“A TClarke apprenticeship sets you on the path to a rewarding professional career, giving you invaluable project experience and the opportunity to learn alongside some of the best professionals in the industry.

Our programme is carefully designed to combine structured classroom learning with insights from top-tier training partners, alongside hands-on experience on live projects. This balance of education and practical training ensures our apprentices earn while they learn—setting them up for long-term success.

At TClarke, we are committed to helping every apprentice develop their skills, build confidence, and uphold the highest professional standards. With a culture founded on decades of tradition and innovation, our engineers exemplify excellence in both technical expertise and work practices. For all these reasons, a TClarke apprenticeship is an opportunity like no other.”

We are looking for enthusiastic young men and women from across the UK to join our apprenticeship programme, starting in September 2025. If you’re eager to launch a dynamic career in engineering, we encourage you to visit our website and submit your application online.

Our recruitment and selection process begins in the coming months, and we can’t wait to welcome our next cohort of talented apprentices. Could you be one of them?
