Newcastle wins pharma upgrade for Merck Sharpe and Dohme

21/10/19: Jim Stewart of TClarke Newcastle introduces a notable win for global pharma giant Merck Sharp and Dohme.

We are delighted to have won the  multi-phased introducton of new fire alarm systems for Merck Sharp and Dohme’s (MSD) major manufacturing plant at Cramlington, Tyne and Wear. The project is a direct order from the client after successfully bidding the project during a competitive tendering process. The project will run for approximately 12 months and our operatives have now begun work on site, following a detailed scope of works, in accordance with MSD’s health and safety procedures.

What’s particularly pleasing for us from a long term point of view is that we have now carried out a series of successful collaborations, working direct with MSD at Cramlington – so this is now further evidence of a strong working relationship.
