Newcastle team exceeding its business plan  

28/3/22: TClarke’s Newcastle team is now delivering ahead of strategy, with recent major Engineering Services wins meaning that the target for FY22 has been exceeded within Q1. Paul Hoy, Operations Director, explains.

We are very pleased to be able to announce our selection by the principal contractor Tilbury Douglas for the Durham Custody Suite and also by Overbury for the fit out of Strawberry Place, a 5 storey office block which will be the headquarters of the Home Group. 

Both of these are substantial M&E projects; The Durham Custody Suite is a £5m + project and one of Newcastle’s largest. Strawberry Place is a fit out job with Overbury which follows from our successful delivery with them on the Sky offices project.

In November 2021 we introduced the first series of wins that followed our strategic switch in the North East from electrical to a full services, Tier 1 mechanical, electrical and technology engineering services provider.

TClarke’s reputation nationwide, our in-house high quality local teams and the technical and financial strength that stands behind us all adds up to a strong market proposition.

As we have gone out into the market place we have found success with it – and then the quality of our delivery has backed it up – resulting in the emergence now of good repeat business.

We keep our feet on the ground and our focus is on delivery and collaboration for our clients. But certainly credit is due to our Newcastle team for this growing performance.
