We are recruiting for a Health and Safety Admin Assistant to join our ever growing Health and Safety Department in London.
The Assistant will be responsible for all Health and Safety documentation to be completely in a timely manner.
Responsibilities including but are not limited to:
- Organising all Health and Safety specific training for employees
- Updating and renewing all ECS, CSCS, SMSTS etc. Cards
- Assisting with PowerPoint presentations
- Holiday /Sickness Cover for London Head Office Reception
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in use of office equipment e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook
No prior Health and Safety experience is necessary for this role.
