George Lowrey wins two BESA Apprentice Awards
8/4/22: Climate Solutions Apprentice George Lowrey won twice at the BESA (Building Engineering Services Association) Apprentice of the Year awards for the Midlands, South & London. He won both the All Categories and the Air Conditioning Awards and has been selected as a finalist in the National Apprentice of the Year Award for Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heat Pumps.
Gary Tidball who heads TClarke Climate Solutions commended George:
“George was our first apprentice when we started Climate Solutions nearly 4years ago. One element of his success is the fact that he is the first ever apprentice in the UK to complete the ACHP EngTech Level 3 qualification. In my thirty plus years in the industry, his technical ability is one of the best I’ve ever seen. He is now out working with our clients and doing an amazing job.
Group Chief Executive Mark Lawrence commented:
“I congratulate George on his achievement and we look forward to helping him develop his career at TClarke. We are extremely proud of the fact that our young women and men win regional and national apprenticeship awards, year after year.
You can see that the quality of the people we attract is high; but what’s also so important is the support provided by TClarke teams. It’s the same across our Group so my compliments also go to Gary and the whole Climate Solutions team.”
