Design & Build Team wins two projects at Regent Quarter, Kings Cross

TClarke’s Design & Build team announced its success in securing two mixed use projects totalling 16000 msq at Regent Quarter, Kings Cross : Times House Laundry Building and Jahn Court & The Brassworks.

Working for ISG, the team has been awarded contracts for the first stage of MEP design for both developments and entered PCSA stage as the preferred bidder to deliver advice and consultancy to support construction methodology, programming, and competitive cost advice.
