Applications, CVs, and other candidate information will only be accepted from recruiters or agencies where Terms and Conditions have been agreed and signed by an authorised signatory of TClarke.
In the event that speculative CVs are submitted by recruitment agencies, TClarke reserves the right to contact these candidates directly and consider them for current/future vacancies without being bound by the agencies’ terms and conditions.
TClarke will not pay any agency/search fees associated with unsolicited third-party approaches.
