2022 High Apprentice Intake 

16/9/22: TClarke has announced that we are taking on 70 new apprentices this year which is the highest intake we have had in over 10 years.

TClarke’s apprenticeship scheme is recognised as one of the best in the country. Our completion rates are among the very highest in any industry nationwide. High skill engineering jobs await every successful apprentice, and an apprenticeship is just the start. 

Many of our Board of Directors and senior level management began their career with TClarke as apprentices.  Our newly qualified apprentices now hold or are studying for further qualifications to degree level and beyond into various professional qualifications, in everything from quantity surveying to data software engineering. 

Group MD Mike Crowder leads the Future Leaders programme which takes the best apprentices nationwide on into leadership training. He welcomed the 2022 cohort into the business.
